Shauna Lynn also addresses the importance of building a stress management habit (even when you're not stressed) and shares stress management techniques, including movement, evoking the five senses, meditation and breathing, journaling, and reducing your workload (including a great resource for task management). She emphasizes the importance of identifying and prioritizing what matters most in order to spend time and energy on those things, and to plan your habits around them.
